
Bibury has that advantage of a river and Cotswold stone juxta positioned. Together they always make something really photogenic.
Here the River Coln flows through the village, and the water is thick with trout you can see swimming in the clear water. Ducks paddle above them.
Many of the cottages are owned by the National Trust, including Arlington Row - a group of 17th century weavers cottages.
To the north west of St Mary's church is another square of interesting old cottages
